Mr. Jake Schwab is a new Language Arts teacher at LHS this year. Before coming to the school, Schwab taught in both middle and high school settings, as well as working with adult learners at the college level. After moving back to Colorado, Schwab was searching for a teaching position, and LHS popped up on his radar. After some positive feedback from a long-time teacher, Schwab came to LHS.
“I have a friend who worked here for a long time, and then the overall culture of LHS drew me in as well,” Schwab said.
A fun fact that Schwab would like students to know is that he has very open music tastes, and is always looking for recommendations! We hope he has an amazing first year!
