Last night, on May 3rd, Littleton High School was roaring with excitement as bedazzled students flooded into The Vehicle Vault for the 2025 Prom. Many students enjoyed the unique theme, the Roaring ‘20s, and the vintage-inspired venue. Those who weren’t on the dance floor could peruse the rows of shiny cars, or grab a cookie provided by Insomnia Cookies and enjoy the atmosphere.

The lights reflecting off of the cars created a unique atmosphere.

Almost everyone who attended Prom liked The Vehicle Vault, and most said it was a great place for the dance, especially for a theme that reminded everyone of The Great Gatsby. The decorations were very on theme, with tables featuring a display of feathers, sparkling candles, pearls, and balloons.

Students were all smiles as they tried on flapper girl style headbands, posing for the camera at the photo booth. Some said that it was very loud and bright, and that the venue felt small and limited. Overall, however, the turnout was impressive.

When asked about what her favorite part of the night so far was, Sophomore Charlotte Dulaney said, “The food! Just kidding… I like the theme and the place, it’s nice. The cars are cool.”

Melina Ramos stunned in a shining white gown.

“Out of 10, I would rate this a 9,” said Sophomore Sofia Aleman. “It is so colorful and pretty, I love the cars!”

Junior Jillian McDaniel agreed, saying how much she loved the vintage vehicles.

It’s safe to say that when it comes to fashion, LHS did not disappoint. All around the Vault were glittering gowns and sharp tuxedos. Popular styles included flowy tulle dresses and corset bodice dresses. It was a night of chic, 1920’s glamour, many people wearing shades of red, black, or white. Among the most stylish were Michael Alexander and Juliet Sterling, who both won Best Dressed.

Prom Royalty was a big success! Juniors Peyton Ballard and Axel Fontaine won Prom Princess and Prince, and Juniors Gavin Reidy and Juliet Sterling won Cutest Couple.

For Best Bromance, Emmett Moxon and Derek Lopez Petroski took home the title. Tatum Pratt and Grace Foresman won Best Gal Pals, skipping hand-in-hand up to accept their award.

Seniors Tatum Pratt and Luca Rodriguez were crowned reigning Prom Queen and King.

As a whole, the 2025 Prom was a hit. The theme and venue worked very well together, and students had tons of fun dancing and socializing late into the night.
