Last night, Latinos In Action worked with the East Community Center to host a Dia de los Niños event. There were multiple stations set up with games and activities for children, including one where a living fish was a reward for those who won! There was also food, including popcorn and Kona Ice. In addition, the best part was the “passport”, where if you had one, you could get stamps, and when children completed their “passport,” they got brand new toys as a reward!
