On Saturday, April 4th, the LHS Lions proved that perseverance pays off. In a high-stakes showdown against the Wheatridge Farmers, the Varsity baseball team secured its first major victory of the season, in a performance that was just as strategic as it was thrilling.
After weathering a challenging start to the season, the Lions’ bats finally came alive. The team connected for a series of powerful hits, maintaining a dominant rhythm that kept the Farmers on their heels. It wasn’t just a win; it was a statement that the Lions are back in the hunt!
