LHS loves Halloween; our Halloween spirit days always reflect our creative minds. Many students painted skulls and ghosts on their faces, but what will they be on Halloween, and how did they decide?
I interviewed a few LHS students about where they get their ideas for costumes. One anonymous student said, “I just go to stores like Spirit and eventually find something cool”. This is a fun and easy way to find something quickly and is very popular.
Another student, Senior Jayah Welton shared that “I usually like to look at Pinterest for inspiration”. This is another popular option that you can do from your bed! Online creative ideas can be good for specific costumes and for finding inspiration.
The last student I interviewed, Senior Alana Rose said “I just look for costumes from the previous year and remember which one I liked”. Another good and unconventional way to find a costume for a party or trick-or-treating.
In conclusion, our LHS students love Halloween stores, online inspiration and in person inspiration. Which one of these did you try this spooky season?
